Scheduled Delivery FAQs

1. How to arrange for scheduled delivery?

Customers who wish to use this service may call 1605. Arrangement can only be made for package(s) received by the vPOST processing Centre in Singapore.

2. What are the available timings for delivery?

For request received before 11:30am (1130hrs), package will be delivered by 6:00pm (1800hrs) on the same day;
For request received after 11:30am (1130hrs), package will be delivered the next working day by 1:00pm (1300hrs).

3. What are the charges like and how do I pay for the charge?

The payment for delivery charges as per our Speedpost Islandwide delivery charges, may be prevailing from time to time. Please click here for the prevailing charges, under Same Day Normal service. Payment for the scheduled delivery charge shall be made in cash to the courier upon delivery.

4. Is there any weight and dimensions limitation for using this scheduled delivery?

No. however, you may wish to take note that the weight charge is determined by the actual weight of the package, and not the volumetric weight of the package. There are also limitations on the dimensions of the package, as indicated in the prevailing charges here, which determines the category of the package and its relevant charges.

5. How is the delivery for my package if I do not use this scheduled delivery?

If you do not choose to use this scheduled delivery service, the delivery of your package will be carried out as usual – within 4-6 working days after payment for shipping charge is received.
