Steps to clear your cache browser
For IE version 6
1) Launch your Internet Explorer
2) On the menu bar, click on Tools->Internet Options
3) On the tab, click on General
4) Go to Temporary Internet Files section, click on "Settings" button
5) Click on "View files" button. Select all the files and delete. Close the window
6) Click OK twice
7) Close your browser and open a new window.
For IE version 7
1) From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2) Choose the General tab.
3) Under Browsing history, click Delete.
4) Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click Delete files.
5) Click Close, and then click OK to exit.
For Firefox version 3
From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data... , and then check Cache. Click Clear Private Data Now.
For Firefox version 3.5
1) From the Tools menu, select Clear Recent History.
2) From the "Time range to clear:" drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
3) Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose what history elements to clear. Click Clear Now.
