Holding Fees (applicable for packages held beyond 21 days)
Enjoy free storage for 21 days in our warehouses. A holding fee of S$1.50 per day per package will be incurred if the period is beyond 21 days.
How to calculate weight
W = Width in Centimeters
H = Height in Centimeters
As per freight industry practice, the chargeable weight of a package is calculated based on Volumetric or Actual weight, whichever is higher.

Amy purchased from 2 different websites, Taobao and Tmall. The packages from Taobao arrived on 12th February and the package from Tmall arrived on 22nd February. Amy paid for the 2 packages on 22nd February when they arrived at our warehouse. She did not purchase vCare nor did she use any shipping discounts.

Package 1: 12 + (1.4 x 9) + (1.4 x 1) = S$26.00
Package 2: 12 + (5 x 9) + (5 x 1) = S$50.00
Current Invoice Value: (Value of Product 1 & 2) S$406.38 + (Shipping Costs) S$76 = S$482.38
As John's current invoice value exceeds S$400, a 7% GST of S$33.76 will be payable to Singapore Customs, making his Total Shipping Costs S$109.76
