Our optional online Self Match service is easy, convenient and lets you facilitate the processing of your own package(s)!
Here’s 3 easy steps to get started:
Step 1
Select a package from "List of Packages Received"
(This list displays all your packages received at vPOSTUSA Shipping Address)
Step 2
Click on the corresponding purchase invoice in "List of Unmatched Invoices".
(This list displays all your outstanding / pending purchase invoices in your account.)
Step 3
Click on the "Confirm Match" button at the bottom to match your package and a shipment will be generated.
Repeat the above steps if you have other packages you wish to self match.
