For successful identification of your package upon its arrival at our overseas shipping centre, when filling up your Shipping Address at the merchant's website,
• Include your VP Number in BOTH the Name field and the 2nd Address Line,
• Followed by your Full Name as registered with vPOST

For successful matching of your package upon its arrival at our overseas shipping centre, it is necessary for you to send your merchant invoice to vPOST once your package has been shipped out by the merchant.
Your email should include:
• Name and Shipping Address of Merchant/Seller
• Details of purchased products
• Tracking number (if any)
• Your VP Number and Full Name
Example for Amazon:

Please ensure you include Merchant Name and Tracking Number in your email.
Example for eBay:

Please ensure you include provide Seller's Name and Address in your email. Please provide your eBay invoice, not your Paypal invoice.

When your package has been processed at vPOST’s overseas shipping centres, you will receive a Payment Alert via email.
You may make payment using the Pay Now link available in the Payment Alert email, or login to your vPOST account and click Pay Shipping Charge in your vPOSTUSA, vPOSTJAPAN or vPOSTEUROPE homepage. Please note that your shipping charges will be based on chargeable weight of your package. Find out more by clicking here.
Your package will be delivered to you in 5-8 working days upon payment. |
