vPay China

How it Works

vPayChina is a value-added payment service provided by vPOST to enhance your shopping experience with Chinese online merchants.

If you wish to shop with a Chinese online merchant that does not accept international credit cards, we can make your payment on your behalf!

Start Shopping

Register and shop with Taobao.
Key in your personal vPOST China address as the delivery address.

PLEASE NOTE: At the moment, the vPayChina service is only available for purchases from Taobao. We are working with more Chinese merchants to offer this service for your convenience.

Select Payment Mode

When you check out, select the option which indicates you wish to appoint someone to make payment on your behalf.

Translation: Payment modes > Get someone to pay on my behalf

Authorize vPayChina

3.1 Select the option which authorizes a third party to make payment on your behalf

PLEASE NOTE: vPayChina is only authorised to make payments of up to RMB2000 (approximately SGD400).

3.2 Key in vposthkpay@vpost.hk in the box below

Copy the Correct URL

Copy the URL provided by the merchant.

PLEASE NOTE: The URL you copy should be from the form within Taobao and not from your browser's address bar.

Submit vPayChina Request Form

Go to our vPayChina form to submit your request

IMPORTANT: Please note that the Payment URL is what helps us to make the payment on your behalf. As such, do check to ensure the URL entered on our request page is accurate before you click on the 'Submit' button.
ALSO CHECK: that the payment amount you have entered is correct as any discrepancy between the actual product value and your input will result in delay in your payment

Once you submit your payment request, all you have to do is pay vPOST within 24 hours and we will process the transaction the next day.

How am I Charged?

For making payment on your behalf, there will be a service fee of $5.35 or 5.35% of the total product value
(whichever is higher).

The total charges (product value and service fee) will be converted into Singapore Dollars (SGD).
