Currently, there is no admin fee. Nevertheless, from time to time, the service will be reviewed and any changes will be updated on the website.

2. Can regional account use vSHOP4U Service?

No. Currently vSHOP4U Service is only open to Singapore vPost account.

3. What happens after I submit a vShop4U Request?

We'll inform you the exact total cost, within two working days. 

Any incomplete information will delay the processing of your vShop4U Request.

4. What is the valid period of a vShop4U Request?

​Each vShop4U request is valid for 2 days from the date of submission. You are required to make payment for the vShop4U invoice before the expiry date.

5. Is there any limitation as to what type of items that I cannot submit via vShop4U Requests?

​Please note that you should not submit vShop4U Requests to purchase prohibited products and should refrain from submission of vShop4U Requests to purchase discounted products, and products sold by these merchants (rejected merchant list). Please refer to the link for more information.

6. Can I submit vShop4U's request for pre-order / back order item?

​Please do not submit vShop4U requests to purchase such items as this may result in a longer processing time and it will be difficult to trace the order by the merchant.

7. What are the items that cannot be insured under vCare for shipping arrangement from USA to Singapore?

​vCare excludes items that are part of a bulk shipment, agricultural products, temperature controlled or frozen foods, tiles, marbles, glass, IC chips, gems, jewellery, branded watches, monetary instruments, cigarettes and the like, works of art, and all hazardous/fragile goods.

vShop4U shipping mode is only Air Freight.

It will take two working days to process your request.

Any incomplete information will delay the processing of your vShop4U Request.

14. Can I cancel/make changes to my purchase once vShop4U has completed the order with the merchant?

​There will be no changes and cancellation allowed once an order has been successfully placed. This is also stated under our T&C term 1.4 under vShop4U service.

15. When will I receive my vShop4U purchase?

We will endeavor to deliver your vShop4U purchase(s) within 10 to 25 working days (excluding U.S. public holidays) from the date of payment.
